Senior Supplier Quality Engineer — Equity & Growth

Crusoe is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage and improve supplier quality for purchased components and subcontracted processes. You will interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations to drive qualification, process validation, and corrective actions.

You will lead audits, establish KPIs, and implement prevention-focused quality across the supply base, enabling ramp readiness and continuous improvement.
