Warehouse Team Lead — Project Management

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the Brackmills site in Northampton. You will manage a section of the warehouse, lead operators, and drive safety, efficiency, and KPI achievement. The role runs Mon-Fri 14:00-22:00 with a September 2026 start date.

You will develop staff, optimise stock controls, and maintain IT systems while liaising with customers and transport partners to meet targets and ensure smooth operations.
