Job Title: Car Park Team Leader
Reporting to: Car Park Manager
Department: Commercial
Hours of Work: Average 42 hours per weekPrimarily 12-hour night shifts (4 on, 4 off), including weekends, with occasional 12-hour day shifts as required (providing shift cover for absences due to sickness, annual leave, or other operational requirements).
Job Purpose
Ensure the efficient running of all car park operations within the budgetary constraints whilst maintaining exceptional customer service and high operational standards at all times.
Ensure all car park staff are developed and motivated enabling them to operate effectively in accordance with Company Policy and Procedure.
