Engineering Manager, Guest and Host – Airbnb, London
Employer: Airbnb | Location: London, United Kingdom | Type: Full-time
Airbnb describes this team as building tools and a global community for hosts and guests — the product surfaces where a stay is discovered, booked, hosted and reviewed.
An Engineering Manager here leads a product engineering team through the usual balance: shipping quickly against a busy roadmap, maintaining a codebase used by hundreds of millions of people, and growing engineers along the way.
London is one of Airbnb’s larger engineering locations outside the United States and gives access to European market context that shapes a lot of guest and host product decisions.
Good fit for: engineering managers with consumer product experience, comfortable partnering with product and design and operating in a heavily experimented environment.
