Residential Build Manager – Multi-Site Leadership

The People Pod is recruiting a Build Manager for our Cheshire operations. You will oversee multiple live developments, drive build quality, lead site teams and ensure safe, compliant delivery from pre-start through to completion.

You will work with Operations, Technical and Commercial, manage programmes, resolve build issues and ensure every project meets our standards and customer expectations. The role offers autonomy, progression as the division scales and a competitive package.
