Salesforce support and vendor tech liaison for Service Cloud and CRM Analytics
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Developer (B2) with 4-6 years of IT experience and 2-3 years in Marketing/Sales Cloud to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and automation solutions.
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder, experience in Salesforce’s Command Line Interface
- Proficiency in Apex and CRM Analytics
- Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS (Server Side JavaScript), SQL queries, and API integrations for data management and personalization
- Experience with data extensions, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analytics
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while following Marketing Cloud best practices and data governance standards
Office-Based Working: This role requires 100% office-based working – 12-hour service window (07:00-19:00 UK time/08:00-20:00 CET).
On-Call Support: Participation in a rotational on-call support schedule is required
