Hands-On Manufacturing Financial Controller (6-Month FTC)

NLB Solutions are partnering with a manufacturing business to appoint a Financial Controller on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is office-based and will report to the MD, with one direct report, with possible conversion to a permanent position.

The candidate will lead month-end close, deliver P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions. Strong UK GAAP/US GAAP/SOX knowledge is essential.
