Senior Clinical Unit Manager – Elder Care Leader

Bupa’s Eglantine Villa Care Home in Horton Kirby, Dartford, is looking for a Clinical Unit Manager to lead the nursing team, ensure person-centred care and support residents’ independence, choice and dignity. You will provide clinical guidance, mentor staff, and oversee daily operations on a roster that includes 8am–8pm shifts.

The role offers up to £23.00 per hour, permanent 42 hours per week (3 days on the floor with 6 hours supernumerary) and a welcome bonus.
