Senior Social Work Practitioner – Child in Need Lead

Caritas Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Child in Need Team in Harrow. This role offers a leadership position within a supportive service, mentoring frontline Social Workers while maintaining a small caseload of complex cases.

The successful candidate will provide professional guidance, undertake complex assessments, and work with multi-agency partners to improve outcomes for children and families. SWE registered and Right to Work essential.
