Asbestos & Building Compliance Officer

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a Construction Officer – Compliance to manage statutory testing and asbestos control in local authority properties. You will coordinate surveys, liaise with contractors and HSE, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a related degree with professional body membership, and experience in asbestos, CDM and building assets. IT proficiency and reporting skills are essential; CAD experience is desirable.
