Senior Quality Site Leader (QA/QC)

Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a Quality Site Head for the Slough site to lead the QA and QC strategy and oversee the Quality Management System in alignment with Lonza Global Quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with senior leadership to ensure manufacturing and quality functions are aligned, and act as Lead SME for major GMP issues while driving continuous improvement and staff development. The role requires strong leadership and regulatory expertise.
