Managing Quantity Surveyor – Water Infra (London/Esher)

Gold Group is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead a commercial team on a busy water/utilities framework in London. You will manage a large portfolio of live jobs, drive CVRs and forecasts, and ensure subcontract accounts remain under control.

The role focuses on commercial performance, client engagement with Thames Water-like stakeholders, and ongoing reporting to optimize margins and cash flow. Based in Esher or Kentish Town, with a competitive package.
