Experienced Quantity Surveyor – New Build Housing

GBR Recruitment are partnering with a well established housing developer to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor (non-chartered) for managing budgets across multiple sites in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. The role covers inception through to completion including monthly site valuations (CVR’s) and tender analysis.

You will assist with payments, cost reconciliations, and tender processes while supporting a people‑centric, growth‑miented team.
