Industrial Maintenance Engineer (Multiskilled)

CBRE Group, Inc. in Bristol seeks a Multi-Skilled Engineer to maintain plant, equipment and building services across a busy commercial contract.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, identify risks, and support preventative programmes to keep operations safe and efficient. The role covers fault-finding across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including three-phase 440V work, and involves liaising with Site Services and clients.
