Strategic Health & Safety Leader (Multi-Site)

Yolk Recruitment is recruiting a Health & Safety / Compliance Manager to lead as the Designated Competent Person across multiple schools in Somerset. This 30-hour-per-week role is hybrid and temporary to permanent, offering strategic oversight and assurance on safety performance.

You will develop trust-wide safety strategies, manage statutory compliance, and lead audits and investigations, guiding senior leaders and Trustees to maintain a proactive safety culture.
