Asset Officer: Vacant & Unlettable Properties (Hybrid)

Scottish Federation of Housing Associations is seeking an Asset Officer as part of the Asset Team to deliver high-quality major repairs for unlettable voids. The role focuses on managing standalone investment projects for vacant properties and supporting the Asset Management plan, returning assets to letting pool.

Hybrid working, 35 hours per week, and a temporary contract until 1 July 2028. Salary £46,229 – £50,567 with excellent benefits and collaborative work across directorates.
