Penalty Charge Notice Appeals Specialist — Hybrid

Essential Employment is seeking a Pcn Appeals Team Officer in Bristol on a hybrid basis. You will handle data entry onto spreadsheets and databases, respond to appeals against Penalty Charge Notices, and manage general enquiries via email.

The role involves liaising with internal departments on technical appeals, occasional site visits, and providing guidance to the Customer Service Centre on PNC inquiries. 1 day in office per week, otherwise hybrid.
