Senior Residential Property Solicitor – Conveyancing Expert

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing team in Bristol or Somerset. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

The role involves supervising junior members, contributing to business development, and maintaining excellent client care. A full driving licence is preferred, with occasional Saturday clinics on a rota basis.
