Youth Development Officer- WeBridge (Flint)
As a Youth Development Officer with WeMindTheGap you will have the opportunity to be part of something special. Our award-winning programmes are delivered to young people with unashamed love, care, and consistency, providing them with the foundation they need to thrive.
This role will work on our roll on- roll off WeBridge programme, supporting young people aged 16-25 who are ready to work but need support and guidance to prepare and access opportunities in their community.
Through our proven framework you’ll support our Gappies to identify their goals, present their strengths and skills and access opportunities that lead them into employment.
