The Diocese of Chichester is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Church House’s operational services and support our mission across Sussex. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold governance and compliance.
Reporting to the Deputy Diocesan Secretary, you will lead a small team, manage facilities, contracts, health and safety, and act as Data Protection Officer, shaping the Diocese’s operational strategy.
