Packhouse Line Leader: Production & Quality Champion

Moulton Bulb Co. Ltd is seeking a Line Leader for our Packhouse to oversee staff and equipment, ensuring the daily production plan is met. You will oversee check-weighs, line efficiency, and quality control while staying compliant with safety standards.

Working hours are 06:15 to 18:30 on a 4 on, 4 off rotation. We offer an on-site canteen, pension, free parking and generous benefits, plus development opportunities in a family-run business.
