Regional Soft Services Manager – Multi-Site Cleaning

Pareto FM is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager – Soft Services to lead the delivery of services across the Gymshark portfolio. You will manage a dispersed team, own client relationships, and ensure high standards of service delivery across multiple locations.

You will drive commercial performance, budgets, and P&L, while fostering a strong partnership with Gymshark. A background in soft services and cleaning is highly desirable, with IOSH and health & safety expertise essential.
