Estimator – Cut & Carve Construction, Central London

Recco is seeking an Estimator to join its growing pre-construction team in Central London. You will manage tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and handover for cut & carve, refurbishment and new build projects up to £60m, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.

Working closely with commercial, design and delivery teams, you will produce accurate take-offs and bills of quantities, obtain and assess subcontractor quotations, build a reliable supplier database,
