JCO Healthcare are proud to be supporting a leading care provider in the appointment of a Regional Ops Manager covering a portfolio of care homes.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader to join a well-established organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality elderly care services and investing in its people.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to a portfolio of care homes, ensuring excellent standards of care, regulatory compliance, commercial performance and team engagement across the region.

The Opportunity

• Lead, coach and support Home Managers across your portfolio
• Drive high standards of care quality and regulatory compliance
• Improve occupancy levels and overall commercial performance
• Monitor budgets, KPIs and operational effectiveness
• Support recruitment, retention and development of management teams
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and external partners
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service development

About You

• Previous experience as a Peripatetic Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within the care home sector
• Nurse qualification and valid NMC Pin
• Exceptional knowledge of the Care Inspectorate
• A proven track record of improving quality outcomes and operational performance
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
• A flexible approach and willingness to travel across North Scotland
• Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) desirable

Package

• £80,000 – £90,000 basic salary
