Chicken Purchasing Manager – Supplier & Strategy

Greene King Corporate is seeking a Food Buying Manager (Chicken) to safeguard chicken product availability, quality, and value for our Managed pubs. You will lead supplier negotiations, work with Food Development and Supply Chain, and drive category strategy in a fast-paced commercial environment.

You will build relationships across teams, monitor supplier performance, and identify market opportunities to continuously improve our food offer. Poultry experience is helpful but not essential.
