Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major London Cut & Carve (12–18m)

London-based freelance PQS / Quantity Surveyor sought to join a major cut & carve project for a top-tier Main Contractor. £300 per day, 12–18 months, central London location, immediate start. You will work within a seasoned commercial team on a £40m+ project.

Applicants should have a strong background in major refurbishment and cost control, with experience managing variations, valuations, subcontract packages, and final accounts in large construction environments.
