Job Description:
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Ashford, Kent, is recruiting an Electrician to support our facilities team. You will respond to breakdown maintenance requests, carry out routine maintenance, and test power quality in line with SLA requirements.
You will also interpret technical drawings, undertake upgrade and install work, and work with building management systems to fault-find and optimise operations. Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm, with an on-call schedule.
