We are hiring Site Inspector / Quality Technical Inspector (NEC3 / NEC4)

Location : London and Travel required to Portsmouth, Catterick & Wyton Locations

• Quality assurance role acting as an independent client representative to ensure contractor compliance, high-spec quality control, and strict safety adherence on major infrastructure and facilities projects.
• Prior working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Health & Safety standards (including CDM regulations), contract compliance auditing, and structured technical reporting.
• Expertise in residential housing, estate refurbishments, secure facility upgrades, and defense-aligned civil development.
• Minimum HNC/HND in Construction Management, Building Surveying, or Civil Engineering—or 10+ years of equivalent practical industry experience—with a proven track record in site inspection, building control, and technical snagging
• Professional memberships or affiliations (ICWCI, CIOB, or working towards) alongside prior public sector, government, or social housing project experience.
• Travel required to Site
