Legal Counsel – Banking (9-Month FTC)

Lutine Bell is partnering with a highly respected financial services institution to appoint a Legal Counsel on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation where you’ll provide commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of business activities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll support strategic projects, advise on legal risk, and lead the drafting and negotiation of key commercial agreements.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with LPC qualification and current practising certificate.
• 3+ years’ PQE gained within a reputable law firm and/or in-house environment.
• Financial services experience, ideally within banking.
• Strong experience negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract: 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: Up to £125,000 pro rata
