Governance & Strategy Lead

Royal Mencap Society is seeking a Head of Governance to provide strategic leadership for governance across Mencap as it delivers Strategy 2030. You will work with senior leaders and trustees to strengthen governance, manage risk and enable informed decision-making in a complex charity environment.

You will build relationships, influence across the organisation and translate governance principles into practical action that drives organisational success and ESG ambition.
