Senior Estimator – Pre-Construction & Tender Lead (Hybrid)

Wates Smartspace is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator (or Estimator, depending on experience) to join its pre-construction team and lead cost planning for refurbishment, fit out, workplace and commercial projects across the UK.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will prepare robust estimates, analyse drawings, obtain subcontractor quotes and help shape winning bids with internal teams and clients.
