Job Description:
Uniform Education are seeking an X3 SEN Teaching Assistant for an independent SEN School in Merstham (RH1). The role supports students aged 11-16 with ASD, ADHD and complex needs, with immediate start.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support, implement de-escalation strategies, and work with teachers to develop IEPs, monitoring progress and contributing to a safe, engaging learning environment.
