Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Care

Medico Partners Ltd in Chesterfield is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join a children’s residential care team. You will lead by example, provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care, along with strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication and teamwork.
