Youth Residential Support Specialist

Caridon is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support the learning, emotional and social needs of children/young people in a residential home. You will assist in recording, monitoring and evaluating individual strategies and support.

Hours are a 39-hour weekly rota with unsocial hours including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. You will work under supervision of the house management and participate in mandatory training and ongoing supervision.
