The Lodge Trust is a Christian charity providing residential care and support for adults with learning disabilities, based in Market Overton, Rutland. This part-time role offers 26 hours per week, on-site from 3:30pm to 10pm, with rota-based evenings and weekends.
You will provide person-centred care, support residents’ wellbeing and participate in community activities. We value compassion, teamwork, and safeguarding.
