Qualified Social Worker – Adults: Independence Focus

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker – Adults to join the Supporting Independence / Community Care Team in Luton. You will assess, plan and review services to promote independence for adults with complex needs.

The role requires SWE registration and a social work qualification, with experience in adult social care and safeguarding. An AMHP/BIA qualification is a plus. DBS checks and ongoing support are provided through Eden Brown Synergy.
