Housing Income & Prevention Officer

Camden Council is seeking a dedicated colleague to deliver a person-centred housing income collection service across the borough. You will manage income collection for the housing stock, from early intervention and debt prevention to initiating possession proceedings and attendance at court.

You will respond to customer enquiries relating to housing income and arrears, and you will take payments over the phone, ensuring services remain accessible and supportive for residents.
