Talent & Recruitment Support Specialist

Carmarthenshire County Council is looking for an Employee Services Assistant to provide effective recruitment and selection support with a strong focus on customer service as part of the Employee Services Team.

In this role you will prepare recruitment data, update letters and guidance, support the process from advertisement to appointment, coordinate interviews and checks, and maintain HR/Payroll records in line with data protection standards.
