HR Assistant — Onboarding & Admin Specialist

Witherslack Group in Lupton is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support our Children’s Homes, Schools and clinical teams with onboarding of new starters and day-to-day HR administration and employee records.

You will handle admin queries, work closely with department managers to ensure compliance, and help uphold safer recruitment and safeguarding standards across the group, contributing to a supportive working environment.
