Senior Research Lead: Formal-ML Dialogue Architect for AI

Edinburgh Napier University invites applications for a Senior researcher to work on formal and ML-based dialogue modelling. The project combines formal models with state-of-the-art conversational AI to plan, guide and self-evaluate utterances in human-machine dialogue.

The ideal candidate has a first degree in CS with ML, knowledge of Argumentation Theory and NLP, plus 5+ years’ research experience and strong communication skills. IELTS 6.5+ is expected for English proficiency.
