Hybrid Customer Service Advisor – 12‑Month FTC

SettleParadigm, the region’s largest housing group, is hiring Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre. You’ll handle housing and repairs enquiries, reflect our Customer Care Standards, and complete full training with hybrid working (3 days from home after a 4–5 week in-person induction).

We offer a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, 37 hours per week, shifts between 08:00–17:30, and a generous benefits package including pension, health plan and 25 days’ annual leave.
