Temp Contact Centre Agent – 37.5h, Tamworth (12 Weeks)

National Windscreens is seeking a Customer Centre Agent in Tamworth for a temporary 12-week assignment. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, book repairs, and provide clear information while updating customer details in our systems.

Join a supportive team with flexible shifts (08:00–18:00) and an emphasis on excellent service. Adequate basic computer skills and a positive attitude are required; prior contact centre experience is a plus but not essential.
