Senior Customer Service Team Lead

Biffa Group in Barlborough is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to support and develop a team of Customer Service Executives, ensuring high service standards and achievement of department KPIs.

You will assist the team with customer queries, resolve issues, escalate where needed, and liaise with other Biffa divisions. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, with a 6-month secondment and Saturdays on a rota.
