Psychology Graduate TA for SEN School — Reading (ASAP)

Academics is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Reading on a ASAP start. This role offers hands-on experience supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication challenges.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, apply psychology and child development knowledge in practice, and help pupils build confidence, independence and positive behaviours, under the guidance of experienced SEN staff.
