Flexible Driving Support Worker for Young Adult with Autism

Disability North in South Shields is seeking a kind, reliable female Support Worker to join a small team providing care for a 23-year-old young man with Down Syndrome, Autism and learning disabilities. The role is a bank/float position with hours offered to cover rota gaps.

You will support 1:1 and 2:1 care, assist with personal care, administer medications, and help him participate in community activities, theatre, cinema and social groups.
