AM Shift Team Leader — Food Production & Safety

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Key Operative to oversee the production line and lead a small team on the AM shift. You will liaise with departments and management to keep operations safe, efficient and compliant with quality standards.

The role runs Sunday 12pm–9pm and Monday–Thursday 3pm–12am, totaling 40 hours weekly. Salary £15.17/hour plus £50 weekly shift allowance, with 28 days holiday and on-site facilities.
