EMEA Sales Director: Build & Lead a High-Growth SaaS Team

Tailscale is seeking a founding Sales Director, EMEA based in London to build and lead the regional sales organization and drive growth across multiple customer segments.

You will define regional priorities, hire and coach frontline leaders, and spearhead partnerships to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion in the EMEA region.

This UK-based role reports to the President, with a hybrid work model and significant scope to shape Tailscale’s regional GTM strategy and execution.
