Guest Experience Ambassador

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to join our London team near Monument. You will greet clients, manage calls and inboxes, assist with event setups, and ensure every visitor experiences warmth, professionalism and seamless service.

This full-time, permanent role is 40 hours per week with core hours 8:00–18:00 and occasional flexibility. A proactive, can-do attitude and strong collaboration with a small team will help you thrive and grow with Rapport.
