We are now seeking ambitious graduates to join our team, offering a structured training contract and full support towards achieving a professional qualification (ACCA).
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
Supporting audit assignments, including fieldwork and documentation
Preparing basic tax computations and assisting with personal and corporate tax returns
Carrying out bookkeeping tasks and preparing VAT returns
Drafting working papers and maintaining accurate client records
Liaising with clients to obtain information and resolve queries
Using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
Supporting senior staff on a range of assignments and ad hoc projects
Essential:
Degree (2:1 or above) in any discipline (accounting/finance desirable but not essential)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A motivated, proactive, and professional attitude
Desire to pursue a career in accountancy practice
Desirable:
Relevant placement year experience
Familiarity with Excel and accounting software
Full driving licence
