Production Operator
Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operator on behalf of our client in Ballynahinch.

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Production Operator who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and is keen to develop their skills within a supportive manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your duties will include:
- Working across different stages of the production process
- Preparing components for production
- PCB assembly
- Cable assembly
- Mechanical assembly
- Panel building
- Cabinet integration and wiring
- Full product builds
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
- Maintaining consistently high standards of quality and accuracy
- Working effectively as part of a busy and collaborative production team
Requirements
- Production or manufacturing experience
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A reliable, hardworking and positive approach
- The ability to follow instructions and work to high-quality standards
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn new production processes and develop your skills
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
